1. Legal Entity & Nature of Telehealth Services
NECTALIS LLC (5900 Balcones Drive, #33452, Austin, TX 78731, US) operates as a digital health and wellness facilitation platform. NECTALIS LLC is not a direct medical practice or dispensing pharmacy. The platform connects patients with an independent nationwide network of licensed, board-certified medical providers and accredited 503A compounding pharmacies operating pursuant to Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act).
2. Clinical Assessment & Prescription Requirements
The availability and appropriateness of any prescription medication is subject strictly to the independent clinical evaluation of the licensed clinician assigned to review the patient's medical history, intake questionnaire, and health goals. No prescription medication will be fulfilled or dispensed without prior formal medical evaluation and approval.
3. 49-State Provider Licensure (Excluding California)
All clinical telemedicine services and prescription reviews are conducted by medical doctors and licensed healthcare practitioners holding active, credentialed licenses in the specific U.S. state or jurisdiction where the patient resides.
4. Patient Responsibilities & Truthful Health Disclosure
By accessing this platform, the user affirms they are at least 18 years of age and agrees to provide complete, truthful, and accurate medical background information during all clinical intake stages. Providing fraudulent or inaccurate information poses severe health risks and may result in immediate service termination.
5. Exclusion of Medical Emergencies
NECTALIS LLC does not provide acute or emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, adverse reaction, or urgent crisis, dial 911 immediately or proceed to the nearest emergency medical facility.
6. Intellectual Property & Inquiries
